The exclusive black mini dress from Noir is made out of cool powerwetlook (skirt part) and delicate transparent powernet (top part). It is tight-fitting and tapered. Furthermore, it is in an exciting cold shoulder and backless design. It has a stand-up halterneck collar with a button fastener. It is low cut at the front and this area is decorated with sparkly gems. The stretchy material clings in a sexy way but it is also comfortable to wear as well.
