Vinyl Dress Black Level

The high-neck mini dress from Black Level has short sleeves and is made entirely out of shiny black vinyl with silver-coloured accessories. It is in a tight-fitting design and has a flared skirt part. There are straps with studs and D-rings sewn onto the stand-up collar and in the waist area – they add striking accents to this outfit.
